Free Technical Help

We have tried to make our website a mine of technical information to give our customers as much information as possible to enable them to make an informed choice, but we realise that often they like a little reassurance that they are choosing the correct product and sometimes they prefer to talk to someone, so we have set up our telephone help desk to provide this service.

Our product offering ranges from supplying everyday commodity batteries to providing specialist configurations. We can build custom packs, we can often refurbish old packs and we can source the obscure batteries, not all batteries are shown so sometimes it is best to let us know what you need.

Our Technical Help desk can be contacted usually between 8 am and 5-30 pm Weekdays. We can be emailed at all hours of the day and night; we endeavour to respond within the hour on work days and within 8 hours out of work hours. We also have a customer forum area.

We work closely with suppliers and have direct access to their technical teams. We have access to such a wealth of experience but what is more important is that we like a challenge and will help our customers find the answer to their battery problems.

We understand that people search for products in different ways and with so many product on our website, we have tried to provide a number of search facilities to make the whole process easier.

The world of chargers can be a confusing place with so many different chargers available it can be difficult to find the right one for you. This section give both outline and detailed information with all the issues related to consumer battery chargers.

Help Choosing the right AC/DC adaptor
When searching for an AC/DC adaptor there are a number of issues to take into account. It is often not the case that you can buy a direct replacement for an adaptor and you will need to buy a Universal Adaptor replacement. This section provides the relevant information you need to look for in a Universal Adaptor.

The Environment
The Environment is a big issue and has been for many years with a lot of talk but not so much action. New 'green' targets are being set by the government and other agencies all of the time and the message in the UK is starting to get through slowly but surely. Batteries are a disposable source of energy and hence are a source of waste however, there are bonusses to using batteries and there are a number of things you can do to help both your pocket and the environment with your choice of batteries and battery related products.
