We realise that occasionally
people order the wrong item or the product may have
some unforeseen fault. We don't get many returns but
when we need to, we will refund or exchange products.
All invoices come with a self adhesive address label
marked with the invoice reference number, which you
can use to send the item back to us.
It would be nice if you contacted
us first to see whether we can resolve the situation
or at least be prepared for the return. We believe that
we offer a fair service; if it is our fault we will
exchange or refund and reimburse the carriage costs.
If it your fault we would expect you to send the goods
backs in good state at your cost.
