We have tried to make our website
a mine of technical information to give our customers
as much information as possible to enable them to make
an informed choice, but we realise that often they like
a little reassurance that they are choosing the correct
product and sometimes they prefer to talk to someone,
so we have set up our telephone help desk to provide
this service.
Our product offering ranges from
supplying everyday commodity batteries to providing
specialist configurations. We can build custom packs,
we can often refurbish old packs and we can source the
obscure batteries, not all batteries are shown so sometimes
it is best to let us know what you need.
Our Technical Help desk can be contacted
usually between 8 am and 5-30 pm Weekdays. We can be
emailed at all hours of the day and night; we endeavour
to respond within the hour on work days and within 8
hours out of work hours. We also have a customer forum
area.
We work closely with suppliers and
have direct access to their technical teams. We have
access to such a wealth of experience but what is more
important is that we like a challenge and will help
our customers find the answer to their battery problems.
